Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the LOTARION website and to digital products developed and published by LOTARION, including games, web tools, browser extensions, and future applications, unless a specific product provides its own separate privacy policy.
What We Do Not Collect Directly
By default, LOTARION does not directly collect, store, or transmit personal information such as:
- Name, email address, or contact details
- Location or GPS data
- Payment or financial information
- Photos, contacts, or other personal device content
Applications that include third-party services, such as advertising or Google Play features, may allow those services to process limited technical data according to their own privacy policies.
Local Data and Game Progress
Our applications store certain preferences locally on your device (such as language selection, sound settings, and game progress) using your device's local storage. This data remains entirely on your device unless a specific online feature is used.
Some features, where available, may involve transmitting limited data to third-party services:
- Leaderboards: If you participate in leaderboards, your in-game username, player identifier, score, and related gameplay data may be transmitted to and stored by platform game services, such as Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center, where available. This data is used solely to display rankings and is subject to the privacy policies of the relevant platform provider.
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Advertising in Some Applications
Some LOTARION applications do not include advertising or analytics SDKs. In those applications, data stays on the user's device unless a specific online feature is used.
Some LOTARION applications may include rewarded advertising provided by third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK, AppLovin, Apple advertising services, or similar services. In those applications, advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app activity, and related technical data to display ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal requirements.
Rewarded ads are optional and are shown only when the user chooses to watch an ad to claim a reward or similar benefit.
For users in regions where consent is required, we may ask for consent before showing personalized ads. Users may be able to manage or withdraw advertising consent through the app's privacy options or device settings.
Advertising data is processed according to the privacy policies of the relevant advertising providers, including Google's Privacy Policy where Google advertising services are used and Apple's Privacy Policy where Apple services are used.
Third-Party Platforms
Some of our applications may use the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts - used for typography. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Play - app distribution platform and optional game services. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store / Apple services - app distribution platform and optional platform services for iOS applications, where available. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Advertising networks - Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, AppLovin, Apple advertising services, or similar services may be used only in applications that include advertising features, such as rewarded ads. Subject to the privacy policies of the relevant advertising providers.
The app may connect to external servers to check for app updates and ensure proper functionality. No personal data is collected or transmitted by LOTARION during this update check.
Children's Privacy
LOTARION games are intended for general audiences, unless a specific game states otherwise. Our products are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Permissions
Some applications may request device or browser permissions only when required for product functionality. Permission requests are not intended for unrelated data collection.
Updates to Our Services
As LOTARION grows and product features change, such as leaderboards, cloud saves, analytics, or other online services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
Policy Changes
This policy may be updated as LOTARION releases new products or adds features. The latest version will always be published on this page.
